This week I drew a flower that I saw growing over a semi-broken fence, tangled in amongst nasturtiums and overgrown hedges. There were so many blooms or whatever they are called for Wisteria. I really need to learn a bit more about the tree. Or is it a plant? Wow, I don’t even know that!

I’ve been doing a few drawings lately and they’ve been free of collage. This time I could really see that it needed to be included on this piece. It is so rhythmic and adds a dimension I appreciate.
