Since giving up coffee this Christmas, I decided to swap to chai tea. I have teabags but also made up a batch of homemade chai spices. Star anise was one of those. I ended up searching through the bag and picking out favourite ones, they are so interesting to look at!
I caught a virus the same day so I thought I’d use procreate to draw my favourite Star Anise. At least there’d be no germs going onto physical paper then. Also felt like a nice thing to be doing while feeling under the weather. Drinking chai and drawing chai!
So here it is. Christmas Star Anise.
